Private Houseboat (Yakatabune) Party on Friday, Sept 11th!

I'm hosting a private houseboat (Yakatabune) cruise in Tokyo bay.
Our route starts from Asakusa, passes under the Rainbow Bridge, and heads to Odaiba.

You will enjoy fresh, onboard-fried tempura, sashimi, and more.
We’ll have karaoke, and you are welcome to bring small instruments like guitars or violins! Come join us for a fun night!

■ Date & Time: Friday, September 11th, 2026
- Meetup: 18:45 (The boat will leave without you if you are late!)
- Departure: 19:00 (Sharp)
- Return: 21:30 (Planned for a 2.5-hour cruise)

■ Boarding Location: Asakusa

■ Cruise Route
Skytree & Odaiba Route, 2.5 hours

■ Onboard Amenities & Rules
- Seating: Table & chairs, or Horigotatsu (low tables with a floor recess for legs).
- AC/Heating: Fully equipped. Windows can be opened.
- Smoking: Completely smoke-free (both indoors and outdoors).
- Aft Deck (Back of the boat): Quiet relaxation space. No smoking or instrument playing allowed here.
- Karaoke: Available! Let’s sing for about an hour during the second half of the cruise.
- Instruments: You can bring hand-carry sized instruments. Feel free to play along with the karaoke!

■ Expected Fee
- JPY 13,200
- Note: The price is the same for non-drinkers. Thank you for your understanding.
- Children: If the number of the group become more than 30, 50% discount may apply for elementary school kids or younger. Please consult with me.

■ How to Sign Up
Payment details will be sent to you individually later. We need to prepay the full amount to the boat company, so your prompt cooperation is highly appreciated!

■ Cancellations
- Until Friday, Aug 7, 9:00 PM: No cancellation fee (Full refund)
- After Friday, Aug 7, 9:00 PM:
(1) If the remaining number of attendees drops below 30, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
(2) If the remaining number of attendees stays above 30, there is no cancellation fee until Friday, Sep 4, 9:00 PM. After that time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- In case of severe weather (such as storms or typhoons), a full refund will be issued if the boat operator decides to cancel the cruise. Please note that the event itself will also be canceled in this case.

■ Other Notes
- Currently I'm aiming for around 35 people (inviting guests outside JM official site too). Your friends and family are more than welcome!
- To ensure a safe and fun event for everyone, we reserve the right to decline participation from individuals who have been banned from other meetups. Thank you for your understanding.

9/11（金）の夜に貸し切り屋形船オフ会を敢行します！

浅草を出発してレインボーブリッジをくぐりお台場へ抜けるコースです。その後もどってきてスカイツリーの近くまで行きます。お料理は船内で揚げる天ぷらとお刺身などです。

カラオケあり、ギターやバイオリンなど小型の楽器持込OKです。

35人くらいで乗船できたらなと思っています。公式サイト以外でもお声掛けさせて頂きました。

年少会員の方、日本語NGの方、メンサ外のゲストの方も大歓迎です。

■日時：2026年9月11日（金）
・集合：18:45（遅れると乗船できません）
・出航：19:00（本当に出航します）
・帰港：21:30（2時間半のコースになります）

■乗船場所：浅草駅付近です。詳細は個別にご連絡します。

■遊覧コース：スカイツリー＆お台場コースを予定しています！

■船内設備等
・テーブル＆椅子または掘りごたつの席になる予定です
・冷暖房完備。窓の開閉も可能です
・船内は屋内外とも全面禁煙とさせていただきます
・船尾デッキは静かな休憩スペースといたします（喫煙、楽器演奏不可）
・カラオケあります。遊覧の後半に1時間くらい歌いましょう
・手荷物程度の楽器持込OK。カラオケの伴奏など歓迎します！

■会費
・おとなお一人様13,200円です。
・ノンアルの方も同一料金となります。ご了承ください。
・小学生までは子ども料金が適用されます（6,600円）。ご相談ください。

■お申し込み方法
・追って参加費のお支払い方法を個別にご連絡いたします。全額を船宿さんに事前入金する必要があるのでご協力よろしくお願いします！

■キャンセルについて
・8/7（金）21:00まで：キャンセル料なし（全額返金）
・8/7（金）21:00以降：
（1）欠席後の人数が30名を下回る場合は100%のお支払いとなります。ご了承ください。
（2）欠席後の人数が30名を超えたままの場合、9/4（金）21:00まではキャンセル料なし、それ以降は100%のお支払いとなります。
・暴風雨や台風などの荒天の場合、船宿さんの判断で欠航となった場合は全額返金されます（その場合は当イベント自体も中止となります）。

・他の主催者さまのオフ会で出入り禁止等になっている方は参加をお断りする場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
