Have you ever heard the word “fika”?

Fika is a Swedish tradition of enjoying coffee and sweets
while having a relaxed conversation.

In simple terms, it’s just a coffee break—
but it sounds a bit nicer,
and you get to learn a random piece of Nordic trivia.

This is a casual gathering for socializing.

The idea is simple:
just enjoy coffee and conversation.

There will be some light facilitation,
but what happens depends on the people who show up.

First-time participants are welcome
Join anytime / leave anytime
Short visits are fine
No pressure to attend even if you signed up
You can join without prior notice

That said,
if this is your first time,
please let us know in advance so we can share the details.

There is no participation fee.
Please order your own drink at the venue.

Ska vi fika?（フィーカしませんか？）

「フィーカ（fika）」という言葉をご存じでしょうか。

「フィーカ」とはスウェーデンの文化で、
甘いものとコーヒーを楽しみながら
おしゃべりをする時間のことです。

要するにコーヒーブレイクなのですが、
少しお洒落っぽく聞こえるのと、
誰も興味のない北欧雑学を
ひとつ覚えられるので使っています。

この会は交流を目的とした
ゆるい集まりです。

内容はシンプルに、
コーヒーを飲みながら会話を楽しむだけ。

ある程度の進行は行いますが、
どんな会になるかは
その時の参加者次第です。

・初参加歓迎
・途中参加／途中退出OK
・短時間参加OK
・ドタキャンOK
・参加表明なし参加OK

のゆるい会です。

ただし
初参加の方のみ参加表明をお願いします。

参加費はありません。
各自の飲食代のみ、会場でお支払いください。
